Secondary 4:
1. Cultivate students' interest in studying the subject and establish a foundation;
2. Foster a positive learning attitude, communication skills, and values;
3. Develop a range of specialized and generic skills applicable both within and beyond the tourism and hospitality industry.
Secondary 5:
1. Consolidate existing knowledge;
2. Practice public examination skills.

1. Achieve ideal results;
2. Assist graduates with further studies and employment.
