Whole-School Tai Chi Session

In a fantastic cross-curricular activity organised by the PE Department and the Chinese Martial Arts Team, our entire school practised Tai Chi together.

 

It all began in PE lessons, where Mr. Wong introduced students to the basic eight forms of Tai Chi. To build on this, our morning assembly featured a special session where Ms. Pang and Mr. Leung explained the benefits of this traditional exercise. They guided everyone through the movements, highlighting the importance of proper breathing and posture.
